- 2 sdt jintan.
- 1 ruas lengkuas.
- 1 ruas kunyit bakar.
- 1 ruas jahe.

Langkah-langkah membuat Bebek goreng
- Potong bebek menjadi 4 bagian lalu cuci bersih tiriskan rebus sebentar sampai air mendidih lalu buang airnya tiriskan.
- Haluskan bawang merah bawang putih ketumbar jintan kemiri sangrai jahe kunyit bakar hingga halus tambahkan lengkuas geprek sisihkan.
- Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum tambahkan daun salam daun jeruk dan sereh geprek tumis hingga harum masukkan bebek yang sudah di siapkan aduk hingga bumbu tercampur tambahkan air aduk hingga tercampur dan tunggu sampai mendidih dan air asat dan hingga empuk matikan api angkat.
- Panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya masukkan bebek goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan dan krispi angkat tiriskan.
